- I highly recommend Gagnon’s Gutterworks. I discovered that one of my downspouts was severely clogged and I was concerned about water coming into the basement. I called a few places — some said they didn’t work on downspouts; others said I needed to call a landscaping company to fix the problem. I called Gagnon’s and received a call back the same evening, and the owner came out the next day to assess the problem. He cleaned the gutters, checked all the downspouts, and determined that a few needed to be rerouted since we couldn’t find where they drained in the yard. Tim, the owner, kept me updated on the timing of the work, which was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. - Tim's been doing my gutters for over a decade and he's always done a fantastic job for a great price. He's pointed out things that need to be fixed re: my roof and my chimney that I couldn't see from the ground and we were able to have it fixed before it became a problem. As he's transitioned to running the business and bringing on employees, I've been happy that the quality of service and attention to detail hasn't changed at all.
